Introduction
The sitting room is conveniently located adjacent to the small kitchen on the first floor. The potential is there for it to act as the hub for the community of tenants, a place to relax and watch TV, and a focal point for meeting others. It has a 37" LCD TV with Freeview, comfortable seating for up to five people on two sofas, a table with four chairs and a side table. Heating is provided by a radiator. The gas central heating boiler is in the kitchen.
