Damp and Mould

Our tenants must ensure that the indoor environments in the properties are maintained properly with respect to humidity, temperature and ventilation. If the balance is not maintained appropriately the property can become damp and mould formation on walls, furniture and even on fabrics and clothes can result. Such environments are unhealthy for the tenants and for the property itself.

Tenants need to know what to do to avoid situations where this balance of humidity, temperature and ventilation becomes a risk to themselves and the property.

The following is an introduction to the topic. Please make sure you read it and follow the recommendations whilst living in our properties.
